After calling nine local shed suppliers, we purchased a storage shed from Placka Storage Buildings. It was clear from the phone calls that Placka had the most experience (more than 30 years) and concern for the quality of the product. Our site placement was challenging, and Placka consulted extensively on the excavation and site preparation. In hindsight, we wish we had hired Placka for the site prep. We specified paint to match the home, and Doug Placka asked questions and made recommendations to ensure we received the building we both wanted and needed. Things like the deluxe package and roof double-bubble insulation didn't add much to the cost but added a lot of value for our use. At the same time, things we thought we wanted were unneeded, saving us money. Even though we were a little out of their delivery area, the additional delivery charge was small. We give Placka Storage Buildings our highest recommendation!
